- Tilton Hall had numerous building renewal upgrades, including a new roof, new windows, renovated bathrooms and updated common spaces. Residential rooms will be outfitted with new electronic door locks. Tilton Hall is home to the lower campus boiler plant, which provides steam for most buildings in the area. The project included new boiler controls which will provide for more effective and efficient boiler operations.
