As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Piquette & Howard Electric Service was founded in 1972. Founder R. Bruce Howard, his son, David Howard, and their highly experienced staff are committed to providing high-quality electrical and crane and hoist services to all types of industrial and commercial clientele throughout New England. Additionally, the team achieves high levels of client satisfaction, fulfills the demands of project timelines and completes value engineering to meet clients’ budgets.
Our goal is to solve customers’ electrical service problems. We quickly respond to any changes that occur during the service process, while minimizing disruptions to business operations. We efficiently troubleshoot problem areas when they arise and are accustomed to handling stressful and time-sensitive projects. With our stringent work ethic and years of professional experience, we pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of customer retention in all areas of our services.
Leadership
Piquette & Howard Electric Service has become one of the most respected electrical contractors in the region. R. Bruce Howard and his son, David Howard, work together to manage the company.
R. Bruce Howard is the president of Piquette & Howard Electric. Bruce is a master electrician and has managed Piquette & Howard since its inception in 1972.
David B. Howard, PE, is the vice president of Piquette & Howard Electric. David is a professional engineer and a master electrician. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Option, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

Piquette & Howard Electric Service is proud of its safety record for more than 40 years. We have been recognized and awarded by Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) for outstanding performance in their Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) program.
